a decent stay
spacious room good location indifferent service rooftop restaurant
the room was spacious (i stayed in a beautiful room). i found the hotel's location good. it was convenient for reaching various attractions. the hotel had a commitment to sustainability with eco-friendly amenities.
i experienced slow and indifferent service. my suitcase lock jammed, and it took a long time to get help, even with a junior staffer's intervention. the rooftop restaurant ran out of food and failed to inform me, so i had to search for dinner late at night.

comfy room friendly staff
the room was super comfy. the shower was also great (i loved it!). the staff was super friendly. the location was good, with many walkable places to eat.
the hotel was completely unaccommodating with my early check-in request. i returned at the standard check-in time, but my room wasn't ready. i had to wait over 30 minutes (it disrupted my schedule).
